RHB Mobile Banking APP will not be available on older versions of cell phones from June.
According to a message issued by Societe Generale (RHB), depositors are urged to update their cell phone operating systems to the latest version as from June 2024, the RHB Mobile Banking APP will no longer be supported on older versions of cell phones.
Android phone users are urged to ensure that their mobile operating system is Android 9 or above, while Apple phone users are urged to ensure that their mobile operating system is iOS 15 or above.
If your phone is no longer able to update its operating system, then you will have no choice but to get a new phone.
