Eligible people can register for the booster vaccine at private healthcare facilities from 22 November and will first be placed on a waiting list.
According to the Coronary Immunisation Task Force-B (CITF-B), people can register for the booster vaccine in the private sector as a matter of priority. Once there is a surplus of booster vaccines in the relevant health facilities, those already registered will be given priority.
Groups eligible for priority booster vaccination are frontline health, security and defence personnel, people aged 40 years or over, people aged 18 years or over with co-morbidities, residents or staff of long-term health centres, pregnant women and people who need to travel abroad.
If you need the vaccination earlier or have missed an vaccination appointment, you can also register directly at private health facility. People who have not yet received their first or second dose of vaccine can also register.
