Primary and secondary schools will enjoy another 5 days of school holidays in November!
According to the Ministry of Education’s Holiday School Holiday Schedule for 2021, primary and secondary schools will enjoy 5 days of Deepavali holidays from November 3 to November 7. This year, Deepavali will be celebrated on November 4.
All state primary and secondary schools (except Sarawak) will enjoy the Deepavali holiday from November 3 to November 7, 2021.
It is worth mentioning that primary and secondary schools in Sarawak are only entitled to four days of school holidays for Deepavali, which is from November 4 to November 7. This is because Deepavali is not a public holiday in Sarawak.
After the Deepavali school holiday, primary and secondary schools will have a three-week end-of-year school holiday from December 10 or 11 to December 31.
