If you already have an internet package, it’s worth it if you continue to pay the same price for your iPhone. If you choose to upgrade your internet package in order to get a new iPhone, then it’s not worth it.
However, there is a special case to consider if the RM50 internet package only offers 30GB of internet data, which is not enough for you and you are planning to upgrade to the RM128 package to enjoy unlimited internet data. In this case, it would be worthwhile to sign up for the phone.
If you upgrade to an internet package you don’t need in order to buy a phone, then in the long run you will be buying a phone that is more expensive than what is available on the market.
Here again, don’t buy a phone and upgrade your data package for something you don’t need.
