Federal Territories Minister Shahidan Kassim said the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has been told to act within 24 hours on complaints and information on potholes and road damage in the federal capital.
He said that he had discussed the matter with DBKL and ordered it to take immediate action on such complaints.

However, due to the overwhelming response from the public, hundreds of phone calls were received in just one day, and the minister was overwhelmed, so he had to adjure the public to send SMS notifications instead.
