Perodua’s existing models will not increase in price this year.

However, the second domestic car Perodua announced that even if the price of raw materials increases, the existing car prices will remain unchanged this year.

Perodua Chief Executive Officer and CEO of Perodua Zainal Abidin bin Osman said at the “Outlook 2023” press conference that the prices of Perodua’s existing cars will remain unchanged and only the prices of new cars will be increased.

He also explained that although the price of the new Axia has increased, but this is not caused by the increase in the price of raw materials, but the addition of new features and safety equipment caused the price to rise.
