The newly redesigned Perodua Myvi has added Adaptive Cruise Contro (ACC), which is also the cheapest car with ACC function on Malaysia market.
The Perodua Myvi was officially released on November 18. As predicted by the outside world, the newly redesigned Perodua Myvi is equipped with a D-CVT gearbox and an automatic partner for all cars. The newly redesigned Perodua Myvi retains both 1.3L and 1.5L engine configurations.
The most anticipated feature of the new small facelift Perodua Myvi is the ACC for short. Through this function, the driver can choose to maintain a distance of 25 meters, 40 meters, or 50 meters from the vehicle in front. The driver can also choose the cruising speed range, which is 30 kilometers to 125 kilometers per hour.
Perodua Myvi supports Level 1 and Level 2 autonomous driving. The first-level automatic driving functions include Advanced Driver Assistance System (ASA) functions, such as Post Crash Braking (PCB), Front Departure Alert (FDA), Pedal Misoperation Control (PMC), and Pre-Collision Warning (PCW).
As for the second-level automatic driving functions, it includes Active Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Keep Assist (LKA), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Lane Departure Prevention (LDP), etc.
In general, the newly redesigned Perodua Myvi has become the first car in the history of my country with a price of less than RM60,000 and equipped with second-level autonomous driving technology.
