Perodua Myvi is once again the best-selling car in the country!
The Perodua Myvi has been the best-selling car in the country for many years now.
The Perodua Myvi has been the best-selling car of the year in our country since 2006, except for 2015 and 2016 when it was temporarily replaced by the Perodua Axia. 2017 has seen the Myvi regain its position as the best-selling car to date, with a total of 1.3 million units sold in our country and 277,329 units of the third generation Myvi.
The Perodua Axia sold 43,080 units last year, while the Perodua Bezza sold 42,698. The Perodua Ativa sold 26,847 units last year, while the Aruz sold 15,313 and the Alza sold 14,828. On balance, Myvi, Axia and Bezza sales were not too far apart.
Sources say that Perodua will launch a new MPV this year to replace the Perodua Alza, which is expected to be discontinued and withdrawn from production at the end of January this year.
