Perodua Alza has surpassed 50,000 orders and has now reached 51,000, according to Perodua, Malaysia’s second domestic car company, which received about 40,000 orders for the Perodua Alza in June and July and about 11,000 in August.
Perodua has successfully delivered 7,682 Alza units to customers, 3,682 of which were delivered to customers in August. At a rate of 3,500 units per month, it will take Perodua approximately 12 months to deliver all 51,000 orders.
Bookings for the new Perodua Alza opened in the third week of June and the official launch took place on 20 July. With only about 40 days between the official launch and the end of August, Perodua Alza has already received such a strong order performance.
Besides, Perodua sold 26,039 new cars in August, 6,808 Bezza, 6,252 Myvi and 4,857 Axia units.
