The general public is encouraged to download the MyRapid PULSE APP to enjoy the benefits of a 30-day free bus ride!
The public is urged to download the MyRapidKL PULSE APP, register an account, and fill out the form before taking the free bus, according to a message issued by RapidKL. After completing the form, take a screenshot and show it to the staff when you pass through the bus gate.
The public can also obtain the form from RapidKL service counters, selected bus hubs, and on the bus, simply fill out the form and take a photo.
When entering and exiting the bus gate, the public must still use the TNG Card or Token as usual. This measure is for supervision and control purposes only and will be free of charge.
Prasarana launched MyRapid PULSE, a mobile app, to provide passengers in the Klang Valley, Penang, and Kuantan with a seamless bus experience.
The MyRapid PULSE APP includes a trip planner, time tracker, real-time bus arrival and estimated arrival time, push notifications, and a fare calculator. This APP also provides a map of the railway station, bus station, and nearby points of interest.
To encourage people to use public transportation, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri announced free public transportation from June 16 to July 15, 2022.
