According to a tweet by Tianfeng International analyst Ming-Chi Kuo on Twitter, only the two Pro models in the iPhone 14 series will be upgraded to the A16 processor. He revealed that the cheaper iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max with A15 chips could further reduce cost pressure and achieve more differentiation from the two Pro models (iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max), which is expected to be Apple’s marketing approach for iPhone 14.

Earlier, Tianfeng analyst Ming-Chi Kuo also pointed out that all four new models could come with 6GB of RAM, but the difference is that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max use LPDDR 5, while the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max use LPDDR 4X. In other words, the Pro Series iPhone 14 comes with a higher-performing part. In other words, the Pro series of the iPhone 14 comes with a higher quality of parts.

According to the editorial office, according to Apple’s iPhone naming rules in previous years, the four new iPhones due out in September this year may be named iPhone 14 (6.1 inches), iPhone 14 Max (6.7 inches), iPhone 14 Pro (6.1 inches) and iPhone 14 Pro Max (6.7 inches) respectively.

In addition, industry insiders @MobileChipMan also said that Apple’s chip stock for this year’s iPhone 14 series is 50 million A16 chips and 50 million A15 chips, in order to avoid oversupply.
