Two panda cubs named “Yiyi” and “Shengyi” will return to China on May 1 according to Zoo Negara.
2014, in conjunction with the 40th anniversary of Malaysia and China establishing diplomatic connections! The Malaysian government has a 10 year rental of the pandas “Xing Xing” and “Liang Liang.” Three lovely cubs are born by two giant pandas in Malaysia.
Each panda cub must be returned to China when it turns 24 months old, under the terms of the agreement. The panda spread has significantly raised revenue for Malaysia’s tourism industry!
