Can your iPhone support PB engage APP?
Notice! The PB will no longer support iOS 10 and iOS 11 phones in order to engage the APP!
According to information published on Public Bank’s official website, beginning December 15, 2022, mobile phones running iOS 10 and 11 operating systems will no longer receive support for the PB engage app.
iOS 10 and 11 have been designated as obsolete operating systems, and Apple will no longer provide security updates for them. This puts phones running these systems at risk of cyber and malware attacks.
Public Bank recommends that users update their mobile phones to the latest operating system or iOS 12 and above in order to conduct banking transactions safely and without interruption.
The method for updating the mobile phone operating system is very simple: the user should go to the Settings option on the phone, then General, and finally Software Update.
