Notice! Touch ‘n Go eWallet will implement a new credit card recharge policy in November!
According to the information on the official website of Touch ‘n Go eWallet, users who use a credit card to recharge more than RM1,000 will be directly charged a 1% handling fee. All balances recharged from credit cards are transferable balances.
Currently, when users recharge Touch ‘n Go eWallet with a credit card exceeding RM1,000, users can choose to turn the balance into Transferable or Non-Transferable. If you choose to become Transferable, you will need to pay a 1% handling fee, but if you choose Non-Transferable, you will not be charged a 1% handling fee.
It is worth noting that the first RM1,000 recharge using a credit card still does not require any handling fees, and it is a Transferable Balance.
In addition, in some cases, when users use Reload PIN to recharge, they can pay a 1% handling fee to change the balance from Non-Transferable to Transferable.
