Notice! KWSP will suspend services from November 17th to 20th!
According to information from the Employees Provident Fund Board (KWSP), KWSP’s online services will be suspended for 4 days, that is, from November 17, 2023 (Friday) to November 20 (Monday).
During this period, you will not be able to check provident fund deposits or conduct any online provident fund transactions, and the KWSP hotline will not be able to answer calls. All KWSP branches will remain open, however online transactions will not be possible during this period.
Employers are urged to avoid making any provident fund payments during this period. Employers can proceed with the relevant matters in advance or postpone them.
KWSP pointed out that members can go to various branches to handle matters on November 21 (Tuesday), as KWSP’s online services will be fully operational on November 21.
