Notice! KWSP will conduct system maintenance on May 10th and 11th.
According to information from the Employees Provident Fund Board (KWSP), the online system will be upgraded and maintained on May 10 and 11, 2024. There will be system interference in these two days, and the online system is expected to be fully restored on May 12, 2024.
The public is urged to avoid using KWSP’s online system between May 10 and 11, and to arrange their plans in advance to avoid system maintenance that will prevent them from completing their work on time.
KWSP will officially reorganize provident fund accounts on May 11, that is, the original first and second accounts will be renamed into retirement accounts and ankang accounts. KWSP will also launch a third account, which is a flexible account, on the same day.
Members can transfer deposits through the KWSP i-Akaun APP starting from May 12, and transfer part of the deposits from the second provident fund account (Ankang account) to the third account (flexible account).
