As a social media platform with pictures and videos as the main content, Instagram has reached out to the young people of Hiroshima since its launch, and its IG Story feature allows young people to share their life moments without any fear, and its function of disappearing automatically after 24 hours allows users to not worry about leaving a black history on their social accounts (except for screenshots taken by others).
Many users also like to communicate with their friends and relatives when watching their IG Story, but previously, if you want to recover, you could only click on the message bar to send a message or the 8 emojis attached to the system, which is less complicated than liking in the main line, but also makes many people too lazy to click to respond, reducing the chance of communication.
Now, Instagram has introduced the Story press like feature for users, allowing them to leave reactions to their favourite IG Stories with just a click, letting the user who posted it know that you care about him/her, and making it easier for them to start a conversation with others!
Now when users tap on an IG Story on Instagram, a “like” pattern appears in the bottom right corner next to the “repost” icon. Simply tap the “heart” icon when swiping an IG Story to like the Story! When the heart turns red, the IG Story publisher will also receive a message in the notification section and can tap the red heart in the bottom left corner to see which of their friends liked the Story when they open their Story.
With the launch of this feature, I believe that many users can save a lot of time when they want to give Story reactions, and if you want to use this new feature, you just need to update Instagram to the latest version to be able to use it!
