The vaccination program in Malaysia has reached 80%, and the government has also called on people to vaccinate as soon as possible, thus achieving group immunization and preventing infection with COVID-19. However, vaccination circulating on the Internet has various advantages and disadvantages, which also leads to people’s support and opposition to vaccination.

A few days ago, a female netizen from Sabah complained to Tiktok that she was not vaccinated, and the company suddenly sent her a letter of dismissal. Even though she worked in the company for ten years, she was “indifferent”. She couldn’t accept it, so she sent a video to Tiktok to see the dismissal letter from the company.

The letter presented by this female netizen shows that since the government announced the resumption of work in the trade field, all employees have to complete the vaccination. Still, she has no reasonable reason to refuse the vaccination, forcing the company to terminate the 10-year labour-management relationship. The letter said that her last day was September 30th.

The female netizens attracted the attention of netizens after they publicized the incident online. Most netizens agreed with the employers’ practices and ensured the safety of other employees and customers.

Some netizens also supported her refusal to vaccinate, saying that vaccination is personal and everyone has the right to choose whether to vaccinate or not.
