The all-new generation of Toyota Vios, known as Yaris Ativ in Thailand, was officially launched and unveiled in Thailand!
The 2022 Toyota Yaris Ativ / Vios is built on the DNGA-B platform for better space performance and handling performance. The new generation Yaris Ativ / Vios carries Toyota’s latest family face exterior and interior design, carrying a large tank grille design and a very cool head and tail with sophisticated LED light clusters.
The interior of the new generation Yaris Ativ/Vios features a two-tone interior design and a freestanding touch screen console with support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. the screen size is 9 inches.
Safety features include automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, blind spot detection, automatic following, automatic headlights and lane maintenance assist.
The Yaris Ativ launched in Thailand is powered by a 1.2L VVT-i engine, but it is believed that it will be replaced by a 1.5L VVT-i engine when it is introduced to the Malaysian market. The Yaris Ativ / Vios is priced between RM68,000 and RM83,000 in Thailand.
