This feature is currently available on the WhatsApp web. First, log in to WhatsApp web, then click the [attachment] in the lower-left corner of the dialog box, you can see that in addition to the usual photos, files, and other. There is an option for [Stickers]. After clicking this, you will first be asked to place a photo, and then you can start to make your Sticker. At present, the functions are quite complete, including, writing, brushes, etc.
According to “The Verge”, this feature is currently available on the WhatsApp web, but it will come to the app version next week. You only need to update your App to the latest version to use it.
