According to a notice issued by MySejahtera, MySejahtera users who have not updated their date of birth will not be shown as having completed their vaccination posture.
To update your date of birth in MySejahtera, you can go to your profile page and click on the options icon in the top right corner. Then select ‘My Profile’ and you can update your date of birth.
If you have previously updated your date of birth, you will no longer be able to change your details when you go to the ‘My Profile’ section.
Anyone who has not updated their date of birth may have their vaccination certificate shown in MySejahtera as partially vaccinated or unvaccinated.
MySejahtera also urges users to update the application to the latest version in order to use the latest features.
