Good news! People will be able to book appointments at government clinics through MySejahtera APP!

According to the Ministry of Health, from January 1, 2023, people will be able to book appointments at government clinics through the MySejahtera APP, which will be available at all government clinics under the Ministry of Health in Malaysia.

The purpose of this appointment system is to reduce the waiting time of the public to avoid overcrowding at government clinics. MySejahtera will also send reminders to the users to be at the clinic at the appointed time.

Services that can be booked through the MySejahtera APP include outpatient treatment, National Health Screening Initiative (NHSI), Health Screening for Low Income Groups (PeKa B40), pre-employment and pre-school health screening, pre-marital screening, smoking cessation services, family planning services and medical procedures (wound treatment, tube changes, etc.).

To make an appointment to see a government clinic through MySejahtera, you can open the MySejahtera APP, go to the Appointment section, and select the name of the person you want to see. Then you need to select the service you want to see and enter the postal code or clinic name to select the clinic you want to visit. Then you can select the appointment time and date.
