MySejahtera adds new feature that eliminates the need for users to manually check-out!

24/12/2021

Do you often forget to check-out at MySejahtera after coming out of the store?

MySejahtera APP has launched a new version with MySJ Trace, a feature in MySejahera APP that allows users and the Ministry of Health to know the whereabouts and close contacts of diagnosed patients more accurately and timely.

MySJ Trac will exchange information with other MySejahtera users in the vicinity via Bluetooth. Once a user is identified as a confirmed coronary, then the MySJ Trace system will automatically collect information from other users in the vicinity and upload it to the Ministry of Health. In this way, the Ministry of Health is able to keep track of the information of people who have been in close contact with the diagnosed person.

The Ministry of Health will notify users via SMS and MySejahtera Notification that they have been in close contact with a confirmed patient and will take the necessary precautions.

With the addition of MySejahtera’s MySJ Trace tracking feature, users no longer need to manually click Check-out when leaving the store. This is good news for users who often forget to log out.

After updating MySejahtera to the latest version, users will see a MySJ Trace feature on the Check in page of MySejahtera with a black background. MySJ Trace only collects the user’s ID information, phone system, time of contact and Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI).
