The welfare campaign is divided into two phases: Phase 1 (September) and Phase 2 (October).
Phase one: Minion collapsible umbrella!
The first stage lasts for one month (September). During the event, corresponding stamps can be collected and prizes can be exchanged from September 15th to the end of October! Umbrellas must be the prize that many people like!
