MyDigi APP is now suspended!
MyDigi APP is suffering from a systemic failure.
According to a Digi notification, MyDigi is now experiencing technical difficulties and cannot be accessed or opened smoothly. Digi stated that the user’s account and Internet data are unaffected and continue to function normally.
If you want to pay bills or top up your MyDigi account, you can do so using a third-party site. Currently, the service of paying Digi bills is supported by a variety of e-wallets, banks, and online shopping platforms.
