myASNB becomes laggy after launching new version, users often unable to complete transactions smoothly

Since myASNB APP updated its user interface, the whole APP has become very laggy and ASNB has not fixed this problem yet.

 

ASNB launched a new version of myASNB APP in October with a more user-friendly interface, but it became very laggy. myASNB web version also faced the same problem, which discouraged many users who were interested in buying ASNB funds.

 

Many users complained that when they inquired or purchased ASNB fund units, they would suddenly become unresponsive, and then they would automatically flash back. There are also many users who have managed to grab ASNB fixed-price trust units, but finally could not complete the transaction successfully because of the system lag.

 

myASNB APP is the mobile application of National Trust (ASNB), the whole application can be used to buy ASNB’s trusts such as ASM, ASM2 Wawasan, ASM3, ASN Equity 3, ASN Equity 5, ASN Equity Global, etc.

 

myASNB not only supports buying fund units online, but also sells units directly online. To purchase ASNB fund units, you can do so directly through the myASNB APP. People who do not yet have an ASNB account can also open a new account directly through the myASNB APP.

 

If you want to sell units, you can also do so directly through the MyASNB website. The online unit sale service requires a minimum sale of RM100 units per transaction, with a maximum of 3 sales or RM1,000 per month.
