National Recovery Board Chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin confirmed he positive in Covid-19.
He posted on Facebook yesterday (February 9) that after an RT-PCR test, it was confirmed that he was infected with Covid-19.
He appealed to anyone who may have come into close contact with him to follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) set by the Ministry of Health.
It is worth mentioning that Muhyiddin presided over a meeting of the National Recovery Council on February 8, which was attended by many ministers and opposition leaders.
According to Sin Chew Daily, the meeting on February 8 included Senior Minister of International Trade and Industry Dato Seri Azmin Ali, Senior Minister of Education Dato Mohd Radzi, Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul, Minister of Enterprise and Cooperative Development Tan Sri Noh Omar, Minister of Economic Affairs in the Prime Minister’s Department Dato Seri Mustapa, former Health Minister Datuk Seri Dzulkefly Ahmad and others.
