- Brown or Powdered Sugar – 1 cup (200g)
- Buttermilk – 3/4 cup (180ml)
- Vegetable Oil – 2/3 cup (160ml)
- Sour Cream or Plain Yogurt – 1/3 cup (85g)
- Large Eggs (Gred A/B) – 2 pieces
- Hot Coffee – 1 cup (250ml)
▼ Ingredients for Chocolate Cream:
- Dark Chocolate – 240g
- Butter – 30g
- Whipping Cream – 80ml
▼ White and Dark Chocolate Sauce:
- White Chocolate – 90g
- Dark Chocolate – 10g
- Whipping Cream – 50ml
▼ Procedure:
- First add 30g of butter and 80ml of whipped cream to 240g of dark chocolate, melt in the microwave and stir until smooth, then cover with a layer of plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Spread a little butter in two 7-inch round molds, pour a little chocolate powder and shake the molds until the bottom is evenly coated with a thin layer of chocolate powder.
- Prepare a bowl, pour 260g flour + 50g cocoa powder + 1 tsp salt + 1 tsp baking soda + 1 tsp baking powder in a sieve, then add 200g brown sugar + 250ml milk to the sifted powder + 160ml vegetable oil + 85g yogurt + 2 whole eggs + 250ml hot coffee, stir and mix well.
- Pour the mixed chocolate batter into two 7-inch round molds (the weight is half the size of the mold), then put it in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
- Melt 90g of white chocolate + 10g of dark chocolate + 50ml of light cream and stir to make a chocolate sauce.
- Unmold the 7-inch chocolate cake, cut the protruding area on the top of the cake, and then pour half of the dark chocolate sauce mixed in Step 1 and spread it evenly on the cake, then cover with another 7-inch chocolate cake, and make the rest dark Chocolate sauce is also spread on the cake.
