The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow, orange and red rainstorm warning!
According to the weather forecast issued by the Meteorological Department at 7:10 a.m. on December 17, several states in the country are expected to receive heavy rainfall today, including very heavy and long-lived rainfall in the East Coast region, so people are urged to be prepared.
Terengganu Gamma Bengal and Pahang Kuantan are under red danger alert, which means there will be continuous heavy rainfall. Perlis, Kedah, Penang, Perak, Pahang Lautian, Buntong, Temaru, Malang and Perlis are all under a yellow alert for persistent rain today.
In addition, Kelantan, Terengganu (except Kemaman）, Pahang Cameron, Kuala Kipis, Jerantut and Pekan are under an orange alert, which means there will be persistent heavy rainfall.
