Employees Provident Fund Board (KWSP) has announced the re-launch of the Special Withdrawal Scheme, which members can withdraw up to RM10,000 from their EPF accounts and will be paid to members in a lump sum.
Applications can be made from 1st April 2022 and will close on 30th April. Members will be able to check the results of their applications from 9th April and the money will be paid to successful applicants from 20th April. The entire withdrawal process will be conducted online and members will be able to make withdrawals via i-Akaun.
Note! Once a member has made an application, he/she cannot choose to cancel the application and cannot choose to change the withdrawal amount. Members are reminded to check the amount to be withdrawn carefully when making the request.
