Maybank Home2u is a mortgage application service launched by Maybank, which is built into the MAE APP and allows users to apply for a mortgage directly through the MAE APP.
Maybank Home2u will provide potential home buyers with a complete digital mortgage experience, from application to the signing of the Letter of Offer, without the need to visit the bank in person.
MAE APP works with various developers such as EcoWorld, IJM Land, Sime Darby Property and SP Setia and users can purchase properties from these developers directly through MAE APP. Once the mortgage is approved, the bank’s loan consultant will contact the successful applicant and explain the details of the Letter of Offer and the e-signature option.
Maybank Home2u will provide up to 105% of the mortgage amount for first-time buyers.
Maybank Home2u offers both conventional and Islamic mortgages. For conventional mortgage, there are MaxiHome and My First Home mortgage schemes, while for Islamic mortgage, there are Commodity Murabahah Home-Financing-i and My First Home Scheme-i.
