To simplify and speed up the process of buying a home, Maybank has announced to launch Maybank Home2u, a service that allowing users to apply for home loan directly through the MAE APP.
Maybank Home2u will offer potential home buyers a complete digital mortgage experience, from application to signing the Letter of Offer online, without the need to visit the bank in person.
If your monthly salary is directly transfered to your Maybank account, you can easily apply for a mortgage of up to RM1 million without having to submit relevant payslip documents.
MAE APP also works with various developers such as EcoWorld, IJM Land, Sime Darby Property and SP Setia, so users can purchase properties from these developers directly through the MAE APP. Once the loan is approved, bank’s loan consultant will contact you and explain the details of Letter of Offer and e-signature.
Those who wish to purchase another property can also apply for a mortgage through Maybank Home2u and a loan consultant will be appointed to assist you.
