According to Maybank, ASNB services will be transferred from the Maybank APP to the MAE APP, which means that users will only be able to view ASNB accounts through the MAE APP and no longer through the Maybank APP.
This measure will take effect from 7 October 2022 and will only have an impact on the mobile app. Users will still be able to view their ASNB account details when logging into the web version of Maybank2u.
The aim of this measure is to provide a better mobile banking experience for users. Users will be able to view their ASNB account details and those of their children through the MAE APP, as well as transfer ASNB deposits through the MAE APP.
How to check your ASNB account via MAE APP?
Step 1: Open the MAE APP and select Maybank2u from the bottom navigation bar.
Step 2: Login to your Maybank2u account.
Step 3: Select Wealth.
Step 4: Select ASNB
