After many months Maybank is again offering online time deposits for 2 to 6 months!
According to Maybank’s website, Maybank is offering a time deposit offer for the entire month of December. The offer is 2.25% p.a. for a 2-month deposit, 2.26% p.a. for a 3-month deposit, 2.28% p.a. for a 4-month deposit, 2.29% p.a. for a 5-month deposit and 2.35% p.a. for a 6-month deposit.
The minimum deposit amount for this time deposit offer is RM1,000 and must be transferred from other banks through Maybank2u using FPX. The offer is only available for Fresh Fund, and for individual and joint accounts only. The offer is valid from 1 December to 31 December 2021.
Users can only deposit time deposits via Maybank2u web version, this feature is not supported by Maybank APP at the moment.
