Apart from paying traffic tickets through MyBayar Saman and Traffic Police counters, you can also pay traffic tickets through POS counters and Maybank ATM!
According to the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM), the 80% discount on traffic tickets will be extended until December 31, 2021, giving people more time to pay their outstanding traffic tickets.
To get the 80% traffic ticket discount, you can pay your traffic tickets not only through the traffic police counter and MyBayar Saman online system, but also directly at the nearest POS post office. It is important to note that there may be an additional handling fee for paying traffic tickets at POS.
You can also pay your traffic ticket directly through the Maybank ATM by inserting your Debit Card and entering your PIN. Next, select Paybills and Pembayaran Saman PDRM and enter your ID number. The system will display the details of the traffic ticket you owe and you can follow the instructions to complete the traffic ticket payment process. Remember to keep your receipt after you finish paying.
The police have processed 2.3 million traffic tickets from December 9 to 12, involving RM109 million.
