If Android users are still using Android 8 or lower OS after April 19, 2022, they will face the situation that they cannot use MAE APP. For those who are using iOS 12 or below after April 21, 2022, they will also be unable to use MAE APP.
It is worth noting that cell phone users with HongMeng OS are not affected.

MAE APP is the e-wallet platform launched by Maybank, you can register for MAE APP regardless of whether you have a Maybank savings/current account or not. MAE APP supports swipe code payment and also supports showing QR code to merchants for scanning.
