According to the official website of BKM, BKM recipients can update their information through the BKM website from October 10 to October 30, 2022, and LHDN may adjust the opening date at any time.
Attention! This opening is only available to those who have successfully applied for BKM. The concerned people can update their phone number, email address, bank account information and beneficiary information.
You need to update your bank account information only if you have failed to remit BKM assistance, but not if you have failed to update your bank account information. People can update their information through the BKM website, or they can go directly to their nearest LHDN to update their information.
The BKM is a government assistance program that aims to reduce the burden of the low-income group. Through the BKM scheme, single persons with a monthly income of up to RM2,500 and families with a monthly income of up to RM5,000 are eligible for assistance.
The government has already disbursed BKM assistance in March, June and September and will disburse the fourth phase of BKM assistance in December.
