Blueberry

When it comes to fruit that is good for the eyes, blueberries are undoubtedly the best. Blueberries are rich in nutrients, such as amino acids, zinc, calcium, iron, copper and vitamins. The anthocyanins contained in blueberries can activate the function of the retina to enhance eyesight and prevent eye fatigue.

Carrot

Many people may be a little resistant to carrots, but it is rich in the antioxidant substance β-carotene, which will become vitamin A when it enters the body. The role of vitamin A is to maintain vision, and it is a core nutrient for the eyes. If vitamin A is insufficient, symptoms of dry eyes or swollen eyelids will occur.

Green Tea

Drinking green tea is also good for the eyes. The catechins of the green tea can help maintain the health of the eyes. Other than green tea, catechins can be consumed in chocolate and red wine as well.

Egg

Eggs are also rich in vitamin A, which is very good for people with retinitis pigmentosa. Egg yolks are rich in antioxidants Lutein and Zeaxanthin. I believe many people love to eat eggs, but if you are allergic to eggs, please avoid taking them.

Avocado

Eating avocado can helps protect the eyes from ultraviolet rays, and reduce the risk of cataracts, because it has the same Lutein and Zeaxanthin inside as eggs. It is also rich in vitamin C, which have eye anti-aging effects.

The foods above are all easy to get from the market. If you eat these foods constantly, it will definitely helps in eye protection.
