i-Citra for September will be issued from September 1st!
The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has announced that i-CITRA payments for the month of September will be issued from September 1, 2021, and members can check their bank accounts from September 1 to see if they have received their deposits.
In view of the large amount of money involved in i-CITRA withdrawals, i-CITRA payments will be made in phases. It may take 1 to 3 working days for the payment to be remitted to the member’s bank account and the member needs to be patient.
Members who do not have a bank account will be notified to collect Arahan Bayaran at a nearby Employees Provident Fund branch.
Members can check their EPF savings status through i-AKAUN (Ahli). Members can also call i-CITRA’s hotline at 03-8922 4848 if they encounter any problems.
i-Citra, the withdrawal scheme launched by the Employees Provident Fund in response to the lockdown order, will remain open for applications until September 30, 2021. Through the I-CTRA Withdrawal Scheme, members can withdraw up to RM5,000 from their Provident Fund.
