Vaccination has been completed but a digital certificate has not been obtained yet. The Ministry of Health requires the MySejahtera team to solve it within one week!

Minister of Health Khairy Jamaluddin held a press conference on the evening of September 9th, pointing out that many people complained that the vaccination had been completed, but they had not yet obtained the vaccination electronic certificate in MySejahtera, and the Ministry of Health had instructed the relevant authorities to solve the problem in a jurisdiction.

Those who have completed the vaccination but have not obtained the vaccination electronic certificate in MySejahtera can temporarily use the vaccination card to obtain the convenience of passing or dining. As for those who are vaccinated under SelVAX Vaccine Program in Selangor, they can also temporarily use MySElangkah e-Cert until their MySejahtera gets the vaccination e-Cert.

It is important to note that people need to be vaccinated for 14 days before the homepage of MySejahtera shows Fully Vaccinated. On the contrary, people who have not been vaccinated for 14 days will show Partially Vaccinated.

People can ask for help through MySejahtera’s Helpdesk when they encounter the problem of vaccination e-certificate. The authorities concerned will update the information within one to two weeks after receiving the help. People in need can open MySejahtera, enter Helpdesk, and then select the M option, that is, “saya telah divaksin tetapi maklumat vaksinasi saya belum dikemaskini di laman vaksin saya. “ Then you need to fill in MySejahtera ID, such as phone number or email. Complete the information and submit it.
