J&T has announced that it will be operating during the Hari Raya holiday, but that some international mailing services will be discontinued!
J&T Express has announced that it will be open throughout Hari Raya on May 3 and 4, adding that people can continue to send parcels and express deliveries. People must, however, post their paarcels by a certain date if they want them to arrive before Hari Raya.
If you want to send a parcel to someone in West Malaysia, you must send it by April 25th in order to receive it by April 30th. You may not receive your parcel until after Eid al-Fitr if you send between April 26 and 30.
You must send a parcel between West and East Malaysia before April 23rd; parcels dispatched between April 24th and 30th may arrive during or after Hari Raya.
In the case of Sabah and Sarawak, items must be dispatched by April 25 at the latest in order for them to arrive by April 30. Parcel deliveries sent between April 26 and 30 may arrive during or after Hari Raya.
If you want to send mail to Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, or South Korea, keep in mind that J&T will be discontinuing these international postal services. For more information about the dates, see the chart.
