If you encounter bad weather while playing at Genting Outdoor Theme Park Skyworlds, you will be entitled to a free park re-ride compensation!
According to the official website of Genting Outdoor Theme Park Skyworlds, if guests encounter inclement weather for more than 2 hours during their visit, Genting will activate the Rainy Day Guarantee, which provides guests with a free return visit ticket for the next 12 months.
The Rainy Day Guarantee has already been activated several times at Skyworlds, Genting’s outdoor theme park, namely on 27 February, 25 and 26 April, 2 and 16 May 2022.
Visitors who purchase tickets through the Skyworlds APP in the event of inclement weather and activate the Rainy Day Guarantee will automatically be notified in the APP. For those who ordered tickets through other online methods, they can keep their original tickets or confirmation email and bring them with them on their next visit.
Rainy Day Guarantee Terms and Conditions.
1. The Rainy Day Guarantee can only be used once per original ticket. Complimentary return tickets will only be issued upon presentation of the original ticket from a previous visit. Offer is only valid for two hours or more of continuous rain. Rainfall records are based on Genting SkyCity World’s normal opening hours and do not include the location of Genting World or Genting Highlands Designer Outlet. The decision of Genting SkyCity World will be final.
2. Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or exchanged. Rain guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions and return visits are subject to availability at the time of rebooking. If it rains at the time of your return visit, tickets are not transferable and no longer offer free admission. Excludes other products and purchases made at the time of the initial booking (e.g. parking fees, gondola tickets, Photo+Following shots, VQ reservation passes).
3. Only tickets purchased through the official Genting SkyCity World website, Genting World website and on-site ticketing offices are eligible for the Rainy Day Guarantee. This offer does not include certain types of tickets such as free tickets, annual passes, multi-day passes, combo packages or corporate event packages.
