IKEA doesn’t just sell furniture, now they are also a landlord who rents out rooms. IKEA Japan recently released a new program called “Tiny House” to rent a 10㎡ house in Tokyo’s Shinjuku district that also comes fully furnished for a surprisingly low monthly rent of only 99 yen (about RM3.70), and is currently accepting applications.

Tokyo’s Shinjuku district is one of the most crowded areas in Japan. Although 10㎡ house is very small, but IKEA says they will create a comfortable living environment even in the limited space. In this small space, a kitchen, bedroom and toilet are all included! The space may be small, but it’s cozy!

Registration for the program is open from November 24 to December 3. However, it won’t be easy to stand out as they only have one unit open. If you had the chance, would you like to live in this house that is only 10 square meters in size but warmly decorated?
