Malaysia Examinations Authority launched an online platform “e-Lembaga Peperiksaan” for public to retrieve their lost exam certificate.
The certificates that you can apply for retrieval through e-Lembaga Peperiksaan include SPM, STAM, SPMU, SUM, MPV, MPAV, MCE, PMR, SRP and LCE.
Each reissued certificate will be charged RM30. You can choose to reissue multiple copies of the same certificate, but the fee of each certificate will be RM30.
You can either choose to go to the examination office to receive the certificate in person, or to receive the certificate by mail. If you choose to send by mail, an extra RM10 mailing fee is required.
If you choose to go to the examination office to receive the certificate in person, here’s the waiting time:
1. SPM in 1994 or later = 1 hour
2. SPM in 1993 or before = 7 working days
3. PMR in 1998 or later = 1 hour
4. PMR in 1997 or before = 7 working days
5. Others = 7 working days
Apply for retrival of certificates:-
Step 1: Browse https://elp.moe.gov.my/perkhidmatan
Step 2: Click on “Salinan Keputusan”
Step 3: Select the certificate you want to retrieve
Step 4: Enter your ID number and click on “Papar Borang Permohonan”
Step 5: Your name will be displayed.
Step 6: Enter your mailing address, zip code, city, phone number, and email address.
Step 7: In “Jumlah Salinan Dikehendaki”, select the number of certificates you want to reissue. The fee for each certificate is RM30, two certificate will be RM60 and so on.
Step 8: Choose the desire method of receiving the certificate in “Penghantaran Salinan”
Step 9: Agree on self-declaration
Step 10: Click “Mohon”
Step 11: Complete the payment
