The December i-Citra will be issued in phases from December 1. Members can check their bank accounts to see if they have received deposits.
The Employees Provident Fund (KWSP) announced that the i-Citra payment will be paid from December 1, 2021. Given the huge amount of funds involved in i-Citra withdrawals, i-Citra funds will be issued in stages. It may take 1 to 3 working days for the funds to be remitted to the member’s bank account, and members need to wait patiently.
If you received the i-Citra payment on the 5th of each month before, you will also receive the payment on the 5th of December. If you received i-Citra payments on the 7th of each month before, the i-Citra for December will also be credited to your account on the 7th.
Members can check their CPF deposit status through i-AKaun (Ahli). If you encounter any problems, members can also call the i-Citra dedicated hotline for help, which is 03-8922 4848.
