Our country’s pandemic situation is deteriorating, and many people’s family members are sadly infected. Do you know how to wash a patient’s clothes?
If you have a patient or suspect patient with Covid-19 in your home, you must wash the patient’s garments according to normal operating procedures to avoid getting “recruited.”
Before washing the patient’s garments, the clothes must be placed in a sealed container or bag, according to the precise guidelines published by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM).
When washing clothes, everyone must wear a mask and disposable gloves. You should soak your garments in hot water, according to the Ministry of Health (60 to 90 degrees Celsius).
The most crucial thing is to use a strip cleaning solution that is both sterilising and anti-virus.
