How to register for a ASNB account through MyASBN APP?
Online fund account opening has been made available by ASNB. Without having to wait in line at an ASNB branch or bank, the general public can open an account straight online.
Many people will assume that ASNB is a fund that can only be purchased by Bumiputeras when they hear the name. The Chinese can purchase at least three different types of ASNB funds: ASM, ASM 2 Wawasan, and ASM 3. ASM, ASM 2 Wawasan, and ASM 3 all have fixed share prices of RM1 per unit.
As long as existing investors sell their holdings, you have the option to purchase ASNB’s fixed-price fund. Fund units can be purchased straight online. Here’s how to sign up for an online ASNB account.
How to register for an ASNB account?
Step 1: Download and install the MyASNB APP in the app store.
Step 2: Open the MyASNB APP and click Daftar to register an account.
Step 3: At Jenis ID, choose IC Baru and enter the ID and phone numbers.
Step 4: Click Teruskan after checking the box next to the terms and conditions.
Step 5: Input the OTP (one-time password) obtained on the mobile device.
Step 6: Create a login (ID Pengguna) and re-enter the second OTP (one-time password) obtained number.
Step 7: Fill in personal information such as name, gender, race, religion, zip code, bank account number, etc.
Step 8: Answer to various questions about your personal life and about your job.
Step 9: Use a camera to take pictures of the front and back of the Malaysian ID card. Face recognition software will then output the numbers that are displayed on the screen.
Step 10: Create a secure verification word and password to log in to your MyASNB account.
Step 11: You can select the ASNB fund you want to buy.
