The Malaysian Examinations Board has launched an online platform for the replacement of SPM diplomas, known as e-Lembaga Peperiksaan, through which you can apply for the replacement of your lost diplomas.
The diplomas that can be replaced through e-Lembaga Peperiksaan include SPM, STAM, SPMU, SVM, MPV, MPAV, MCE, PMR, SRP and LCE diplomas.
Attention! Each replacement diploma will be charged at RM30. You can choose to replace multiple copies of the same diploma, but the fee is RM30 per diploma.
You can choose to pick up the replacement diploma in person or you can choose to get the replacement diploma by post. If you choose to get your replacement diploma by post, you will need to pay RM10 for the postage.
How to go online to get a replacement exam diploma
Step 1: Visit https://elp.moe.gov.my/ and login to your account (you need to register your account if you do not have one yet).
Step 2: Click on Salinan Keputusan.
Step 3: Click the + button on the top right corner of the page.
Step 4: Select the diploma you want to replace, such as SPM, PMR, SRP, etc. and click Cari.
Step 5: Select the year in which you took SPM, the number of diplomas to be replaced and the method to receive the diploma.
Step 6: Fill in all the information and click MOHON.
Step 7: Pay the fee for the replacement diploma.
