Do you think that as long as you apply skin care products on your face, your skin will definitely be healthy? As long as you practice the good habits, it is definitely not a whimsical idea to have good and healthy skin. Let’s come and learn the little habits for our good skin!

[Wash your face]

Don’t you think that washing your face is just applying the cleansing cream on your face and rub it? First squeeze the cleansing cream on the palm of your hand, then add some water, and rub it into bubbles; after that, apply it gently from the bottom to the top of your face. Rub your face gently and rinse it with warm water. Take note that not to over-clean your face as it will destroy the skin’s barrier.

[Moisturize your face]

Regardless of the skin type, the first step in skin care is to moisturize. Dry skin will bring the appearance of sallow, oily, acne, and other conditions. Therefore, remember to use moisturizing products to moisturize your skin after cleansing.

[Drink more water]

The water mentioned here is plain water, but not any beverages such as bubble tea, soda, etc. One of the criteria for skin health is high water content. Although it does not mean the more water you drink, the more water is contained in your skin, but if the total water intake is too small, it will lead to dehydration. This will cause the skin to become worse, dry and inelastic.

 

[Eat more fruits and vegetables]

Eating more fruits and vegetables not only can ensure balanced nutrition and maintain the normal functions of the body, but the vitamin C, vitamin E and other antioxidants in fruits and vegetables can play a positive role in whitening and rejuvenating the skin.

[Don’t stay up late]

Staying up late is the enemy of good skin! Hormones are secreted according to the body’s biological clock and staying up late at night disrupts the biological clock. Even if you make up for the amount of sleep after staying up late, it will not remedy the skin damage caused by staying up late.ng up late.

 

[Don’t squeeze acne]

If you squeeze acne on your face, this will lead to infection and leaving acne marks and pits on the acne site permanantly. When acne appears on your face, wash your face first, and then apply acne cream on the acne. It will disappear after a few days. Remember to keep your skin moisturized and don’t apply cosmetics on your face.

[Exercise]

Exercising makes one look good .Sweating not only can detoxify the skin, but it also increases the body’s metabolic rate. You can do exercises you like, such as yoga, aerobics, stretching, etc.

 

[Distress]

A hectic life leads to excessive stress, which will cause a series of skin problems, such as pigmentation and acne. Distress and relax occasionally, such as taking a bath after returning home from work, going out for a movie on the weekend, and gathering with friends, etc., are good ways to distress.
