How to get money back from an expired TNG card? Here’s how to do it in detail.

10/04/2022

Did you know that every Touch ‘n Go Card is only valid for 10 years?

According to a message from Touch ‘n Go, each Touch ‘n Go Card is only valid for 10 years. You can check the expiration date on the back of the Touch ‘n Go Card.

If you find that your Touch ‘n Go Card is about to expire or has already expired, you can request a refund. There are two ways to request a refund, either by going directly to the Touch ‘n Go Hub at Nu Sentral and getting a new card, or by going directly to the MyTouchnGo Portal.

Attention! Refunds using MyTouchnGo Portal are only available to those who have previously registered online.

In addition, all Touch ‘n Go cards that have not been used for 12 consecutive months will not be re-activated. All Touch ‘n Go Cards must be redeemed at least once in a 12-month period or refilled once to avoid a freeze on the Touch ‘n Go Card, a policy that reminds users to be responsible with their cards. This policy is to remind users to take responsibility for their cards and to prevent too many Touch ‘n Go cards from becoming inactive.
